Since I hit 595-600 gs weaponsmithing I have crafted over 30 g axe with timeless shards trying to craft a legendary axe with the plauged strike perk. At first I would just craft one every time I had the available mats, after a while I switched to crafting in bulk. Still I have not rolled a legendary. Today was the third time I crafted a batch of 7 Great axes, all with 595-600 gs window and not one has been 600. Am I missing something? Like does luck add to your crafting rng? Or is it common for legendaries to be this rare? Or do I just have horrible luck?
Ever played slots ? You just need 3 pictures to match but somehow they almost never do , it’s magic
