Is there an EN server?

I currently play in IT/EN and most of the community is Italian speakers. They are cool guys and I love the pizza with pineapple, but it’s hard to communicate. I couldn’t find any EN server to be fair. Do they exist?

been having same issue, everyone speaking their language and people rarely speak English
