Is there another weapon that has only 1 good perk?

I’m ok with the War Hammer nerfs, it looks good right now, at least for me,
but the weapon perks are almost all of them useless and not played by anyone. Except Sundering Shockwave.
I haven’t played most of the weapons but is there really a weapon with only 1 good perk to have on your weapon or armor?

The Mighty Gavel/Justice for all Perk on a weapon makes it at least useable in PvE.

Leeching PoD is good on wars from what i saw, Penetrating Wrecking Ball seems also nice, especially against tanks, Repulsive Clear Out is for making funny
