I’ve been trying to find a way to contact anyone from the support on the forum but the direct messaging functionality seems to have been disabled. Is there a way to get in touch with anyone without posting a public thread?

The reason I’m asking is because I spent two hours with the AGS support a moment ago trying to resolve an issue with my main forum account (this is a different one as I can’t log into to my main one) and they basically ended the conversation by saying they are unable to help and apologized for any inconvenience.

Sorry that link just brings you to the amazon help page. Any guidance on how to get in touch about the game? I have the same problem, submitted a ticket and all relevant information and no updates. Just generic responses saying they are investigating.
