Is there fix to this Login blocked bug, suspicious software or corrupted install detected

Been playing for 350 hours and never had this problem before. Only after server merge and during peak hours only. If i play during night hours it doesnt happen.

Happening to me as well. Been trying other solutions offered from different threads. My friend laughed at me knowing the fact that this game is not free and I have to go through all this mess.

Rly sucks heh. Only have time to play during evenings because of work and now i cant cuz game keeps crashing every 5 minutes.

Yeah this exactly what I said. There are already bunch of posts addressing this issue you know, probably thousands. Yet still not fixed. Im a working adult too, was hoping can play before new year comes, oh well.

I understand the issue and I don’t know if both of you have tried this but please give it a try.

In this case please try the following:

  1. Go to your steam library.
  2. Right click New World, and hit properties.
  3. Go to Local Files and hit Browse.
  4. Find the “EAC” or “EasyAntiCheat” folder and go into it.
  5. Locate the .exe file and open it as administrator.
  6. Finally repair it or reinstall it.

Restart the pc after that and try to turn off any RGB programs you may be running in the background.

And another question, has this been happening constantly if so how long has this been happening?

Hey seems to be working now. Played a game of outpost rush and still hasnt crashed once after i did what you said. Thanks for solution :slight_smile:

the fix doesnt work (i tried), it just pass 12am thats why no more crash. @Topsonous will come back tomorrow and tell you the game crash non stop again during 7pm to 12am SGT

Hi there,

It worked the first time since it was past midnight here in Malaysia. The lag and crashes usually happen during night time just till midnight. I tried again today at around 9pm and it comes back. So figured for me it was not the workaround that fixed the issue, still happening. I logged in twice and both got crashed after few mins into the game. Please let us know if there is any fix.

Nothing u do will fix this. Its amazon’s Australia server issue. The entire SEA players are affected by this. It will keep crashing until they figure out whats wrong and fix it.

its always happen after the new patch. keep crashing game during prime time.
