It’s starting to feel like it’s not happening… but even though I stopped playing about a week ago, I still drop in to manage my buy/sell orders in hopes this game gets better.
I thought it was weird when none of my buy sell orders were even touched so I looked at my server status and there were 8 people online with the max people trending down to 78 yesterday.
Turns out my server is actually dead. Should I wait it out? Use my token? Or is game actually dead?
I can’t wait to see what are they going to break when merges become available.
From the PTR test they didn’t even ask players to check the trading post, so I assume that.
My guess is, as big of a need as this is, everything in AGS is on fire right now and devs/QAs are scrambling around trying to respond to the latest broken thing. In a list of priorities, improving the quality of life for players by concentrating server populations is probably way below basic things like server instability, game-breaking glitches, that sort of thing. And, judging by how they seem to shoot themselves in the foot with every patch, this is probably going to be a while. They’ve also given us the ability to transfer ourselves, so make that a while longer.
