Even if it was true, there would be no reply from CS team confirming it here, it would be one of the community managers doing a lengthy post, congrat… sorry, thanking us for our patience and explaining the difficult nature of the rollback, but affirming us that they got their best people on it.
I would expect that message either late Monday or early Tuesday, when they are back in office.
In the last 2 months I’ve learned to ignore all online chat responses. I think they’ve only been accurate like 5% of the time. Most of the time they have no idea and just say something, or read off a script that doesn’t really apply to your issue. I’d wait for a response here by an orange. Still not always accurate, but far more so than online support. Remember, they use the same support that handles your amazon packages.
No, not really. We’re just wondering how this all looks from their angle at this point, because boy howdy lawdy lawdy it looks hilariously bad from ours.
Mondays have incorporated a bit where I tell all my coworkers what the game tried to fix and screwed up after in so doing. All of us wonder how the fuck Amazon money made… this.

"Tonight we will attempt to restore the trading post to its state on November 24th at 12:45PM CET (the rollback point for the affected servers). There is a significant amount data involved and the scripts will take several hours to complete. You may notice items starting to appear in the trading post (even though you can’t purchase, sell or remove them). Once the script is completed and validated through testing, we will unlock the trading post. Turning the trading post back on will require a restart.
