Am I the only one that finds it a little off-putting that he ends every sentence with an exclamation point? Like heās trying too hard to please, or that heās nervous because he knows how upset the issue is making players?
Trying to figure out why people waste their time talking to chat support like the minimum wage guy copying and pasting responses to people for a living knows anything concrete.

Besides that Iām not sure where he got the 20 day number but the sentence wasnāt technically incorrect unless it went over 20 days.

I now have again an overburden storage and cant place them back to the market place(this time no AZ to travel and sorting shit all over the map like previous times). And I have lost about 3,5k in tradingtaxes, why didnāt you pause the tradingposts this time? why not learning from past shutdowns?

Some just need to hate the game, or any game. TPās come back and 12 hours of slamming the game shift to ābut for how longā and āWhat about this, what about thatā. Amazon gets it working last night. And yet, there are posters after they are back up and running still buying the whole 20 day thing.
Either they are woefully ignorant (at best) or they simply have a nefarious agenda.
Either way, Iām not at all surprised.
The thing is if you notice the thread titles, they are always sensationalistic. Which is hilarious for the simple fact none of this matters in the slightest. Butā¦a casual observer certainly will fall for it. And another lemming is born.

AGS is obligated to have a working TP and help the community, you are not special enough for them to take extra care of you.

Storage Space in EF.
I contacted Live Support, and his solution was not fine to me. (my time and money sink solution)
For a failure that was caused by AGS letting the orders expire. I know that they could freeze them. Imho second failure.
Why not giving these players some time to relist their orders?
Maybe 24-48h+ to solve that problem on their own. Or even a cancelllation of the limitation of the storage for 24-48h+.
Next the costs of the trading post orders.
Personally I dont want it. I know what happend last ātax refund patchā. And I dont know if they learned the lesson.
Now they want compensation for their overburdened storagesand shortage of AZ, i was on their side when the TP was down as they were obligated to have a working game but now this is getting a bit rediculous.
Its like their forgot their incessive crying over compensation is what got them into this mess in the first place. 
Why donāt they just allow us to do a world server transfer as they once promised . You can only transfer to another region in the same server! Why would you want to stay in the EU server if it continues to not work correctly. Such a simple fix. Let us leave the server.
