Issue with Azoth Staff progression

  • I am unable to do the Tier 2 Azoth Staff progression. I have completed the first series. The journal log thinks I still need to take a heart to the Amrine Temple. I am unable to obtain the progression for the tier 2 staff.

No one appears to have addressed my issue. This level of customer support is disappointing. In all of my years of online games this is easily the worst for customer service.

Ok my patience is exhausted. I am sending a letter to Amazon Corporate and the Better Business Bureau.

I was having this same problem. What solved it for me was starting the collection and waiting for all the animation to finish before moving. Apparently, when you move or access some menu a little earlier than expected, some tasks will not be completed.

I am not sure I understand it.

I cannot continue the Azoth Staff Progression.

I have the first level staff. I cannot find or obtain the continuation to the second level of the staff.
