Describe the issue you are experiencing: If you look at an enemy to gain the Haste perk with a great axe, sheathe the weapon and run away to bug the haste timer to make it last forever. Did it by accident initially, went to the shop irl and logged back in and it was gone, said in chat about it and someone said how to reproduce it, did it to test it, relogged to remove the bugged timer but now it has stayed :S

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: When I went to the shop irl and came back after logging out it was gone, but the second time when I tried to do it again to see if it is a bug that people can abuse.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
- Look at an enemy to gain Haste
- Sheathe weapon and run away
- Timer is now bugged and you have Haste with now timer
I am happy to give any more info if needed, being able to run 30% faster permanently is very OP.
I have relogged twice since testing now if the bug was reproducible and it has not went away.
I restarted my game and now the perk is no longer active.
