yes i can but if i start i start from beggining and i have no attention of doing that i will just quit game and if they enable it again in the future i will come back
than thats the only solution. but it could be they never gonna re-enable it. so be aware

I would contact both Amazon Game Support and Steam and just see if there is any way to transfer your character and progress from the second account to the account you purchased the game on. It will not hurt to at least ask?
