Item Disappear While Sell Order Cancelling

• What is your character name in New World: Inspiring
• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Alfheim
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I was selling 63 Starmetal Ingots. I have cancelled the order and just got 1 ingot in my bag because my encumbrance was full. I have also checked the storage but there was no ingot.
  In order to be sure, we have tried with some other cheap items and proplem occured again.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I have lost my starmetal ingots
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Create a sell order for 50 starmetal ingots. Fill your bag until 1 ingot space left. Then cancel your selling order. You will get 1 ingot in your bag and rest will disappear.
