Item Dissapeared After Unequiping

Location: Skysong Chapel
Character Name: Nomo Idiots

Issue: Item (Ice Guantlet - Level 625) dissapeared from inventory after unequiping from off hand. Item was “locked” and I saw no bag on the ground after closing inventory. Event happened on 22 April at approximently 0600 (+/- 10 min). Any way to get my item back?

No, I hadn’t. And yes, that’s where it was! I need to read the patch notes I guess. I do appreciate the quick response!
