Describe the issue you are experiencing: Item icons in game are very bugged half of the time, displaying something else in inventory or when picking up items.

Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Just annoying to deal with when such a bug exists, have to close and reopen inventory to see the actual icons, sometimes having to relog. And yes, i’ve verified my files and reinstalled the game several times by now.
On multiple occasions have salvaged the wrong items because of this bug. -

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: No idea, happens every day and every time i log on.
