Describe the issue you are experiencing: Existing bug since Server launch : items change their pictures in inventory and they take shape of a different item that you own.
A friend crafted me 3x major arcana and 2x Major loot luck trophy for me on the 24th of Dec 17:50 UTC +2, I placed 1 in 1 of my houses ( brightwood ) and after logged off or went AFK ( cant remember, as I had thing to do in real life before continuing further) and didnt manage to go place the 2nd place where I would have had to place the other trophy ( in ebonscale ) also on the other house, with this would have bin my 3rd major trophy ( had already 1 placed in windsward ). At night i remembered i needed to place the trophy. 1st i placed all my trophy in Windsword stash ( that looked like a trophy) i had ~ 50-60 items in stash + inventory. I double checked that all my trophys all in stash by looking over the items, none looked like a trophy …and i dropped them on the ground, I went then to craft some dungeon keys and then I realised I do not have the also discarded the major Loot Luck trophy that my friend had crafted for me. I can give exact time and date when it was crafted, however support says they can’t find it in my logs that i have disgarded a major trophy, then where is it? it is not in my inventory nor my stash and i have not given it to any1 else either… this is a disgrace! due to a bug that i didnt notice that it was happening to me, I have lost now my Major loot luck trophy which is actually ~ 60k gold on my server! I can provide support ticket number also or any details that is needed, I want this resolved! I I as a consumer with 600h in the game, should not have to manually scroll over each item wait until the item loads and see if that is actually a trophy or not and do it for each 60-70-80 items that i might have in my inventory just under FURNISHING tab!! I can provide support ticket ID also if needed ( not sure if i should have added it here or not for privacy reasons ) but i can give it in a DM to a community manager if it helps
P.S: when i discarded my furniture items on the ground, i did not notice that anything would have bin out of its place, and thats why I did not check them 1 by 1 to double / tripple check if I am experiencing the issue or not

You can clearly see MULTIPLE things wrong in the picture, in ALL the item categories in stash and inventory, items look differently -
What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Items randomly from time to time change their image illustrations as shown above
I need this sorted please!
