I have experienced this same bug now several times. I´m beginning to think my character is bugged somehow. All in all, I have lost probably over 100k to this bug. So for example when I canceled this order for 15k, I never got the item back. Sometimes I get them back in a few days, but for example I have lost several times the money from the item that has been sold. And I mean like many many times.
What could be the reason for this? I know that for example if I put the item for sale in WW, it will be deposited to WW on canceling. This is not about that. Either the item or money just disappears in byte space.

The item spawned after 15 mins in my inventory, while I was moving stuff to storage. So I dunno if it is like a visual bug?
I think it is visual/networking bug, I have experienced similar issues and it takes game sometime to update storages or something. Not sure. It often fixes itself after some time, I am usually impatient and restart (I suspect it is important to wait a bit so the character actually leaves the server and does not sleep on the ground).
This would definitely explain some of the things. I´m still stuck with the fact, that some items when sold don´t give you the money. I´m really at amaze here, that I lose the item but do not get the money. Also a lot of items have disappeared when traded, like 3 basic ancient trophies. I gave the resources to a friend of mine for a craft. Once ready he traded the trophies back to me, and after confirming the trade I never got the trophies and my friend didn´t get the 400G crafting fee I gave.
