Items Bugged / Stuck In Inventory

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  Items stuck in inventory, can’t drop or move or storage, part of a quest chain of items that were useless to me so I destroyed the items, but end up with these items that were suppose to attach to the destroyed items and now these addon items are stuck. (Transference Ward / Seal / Icon / Charm)

• Is this a bug?
  Yes

  Unwanted items taking up space and storage in bag.
