So i’ve always been suspicious that items have been disappearing from my inventory. I would have a set of gear I used for a specific build. I would then want to try another build for a few weeks or months then eventually go back to my original build. But I would almost always be missing a piece or two. Enough time had passed so maybe I though I was mistaken or I had forgotten to lock the piece and accidentally deleted it. But it happened often enough to make me a bit wary.
So today was swapping out builds to join some friends in an exped, in my rush I tried to equip to the head slot directly from storage. The item disappeared and the equipped item went into my bags.
Tried using support (chat) and they are useless. No matter what the issue is rebooting your pc, flushing your DNS, etc… are cookie cutter steps that have nothing to do with the issue you are reporting. So you really can’t get any help for this type of thing.
SO I’m going to put this down as “working as intended”. It’s a built in coin sink to get you to keep buying gear over and over again. I am really starting to hate Amazon.
