Items from the auctioneon disappeared

I had 2 voidband 8k items on the auction + purchase of asmodeum I did not receive these items back and the money for them what happens vi they robbed me by more than 20k

I am more than sure that this is not a complete list, but for 3 things that I have described above, I am very unpleasant, I can still add these transactions for no more than 24 hours
