Issue: Items missing after trade

Character by the name of Soucouyant traded me (Twelvecentmilk) 3x Basic Angry Earth Combat Trophy and 3x Basic Ancients Combat Trophy. When the trade was completed I only received the 3x Angry Earthy trophies. The 3x Ancients trophies were not in my inventory or storage at any settlements nor were they in Soucouyant’s inventory.
Both players closed the game completely and re-opened but the trophies were still missing.
Another player Imnaypiz also attempted to trade Twelvecentmilk 1x Basic Ancients Combat Trophy and encountered the same issue.
I literally am having the same problem. Had our town Gov craft me all 5 Basic Combat Trophies. All of them went through but the Ancient Combat Trophy. It just vanished. I gathered materials and had him make a 2nd and try again. Same thing, We both saw it in the trade window, but it just vanished after accepting trade.
I’ve been waiting on any email update over this, I put in a support ticket and spoke to 3 web support people about it. Sent an in-game bug report too. Still no word.
