Items with effects need to be re-equipped to work after dying

  1. Spawn in Undertow (epic earring with Regenerating affix)
  2. Have your character die and respawn
  3. Take some damage
  4. —> Your HP will not regenerate
  5. Unequip and re-equip Undertow
  6. —> Your HP will begin to regenerate

Can we raise this up please? So annoying.

Yikes I wonder how many items this is the case with. I know there are a tone of issues with this kind of stuff on items.
