DEVs… My once busy server is turning into a ghost town. Because of this halt in trading, it doesn’t look like anyone wants to play anymore. We can’t do anything but hunt and even that’s wildly broken.
This is crimping my gameplay time and fun factor. It’s getting to where I don’t even want to play anymore and I kind of liked this game until the flood gates of ‘broke’ were swung wide the hell open.
Cmon now… Do something to fix this quickly. Please.
I said please. I haven’t seem my gamer friends in 2 days.
I bought the delux edition. I’m not getting the delux kind of feels for this game now.
Devs are surely working hard, it’s not like they will fix it faster if you ask. I’m sure they want to fix the bugs as much as you do, if not more. It’s a terrible situation to be in, to have this many bugs in a production environment, but that’s life
they haven’t stopped playing, i’m playing right now, just no point trading if you can’t trade, so everyone is killing things until we can start trading again in a few days
Sometimes you just have to vent your frustrations to let them know there is yet one more person who’s aggravated with all of the issues happening right now.
Where are those peoples saying that they are having fun and their experience is not being hindered by the lack of players in a player driven environment?
Idk guys… feels like 90% of players play this game just at trade post…
I used trade post to sell something that took too much space or sometimes when I missed that one pesky material to have nice rounded number.
Got a feeling you all just used RMT services to get gold and went the easy way of doing stuff.
No wonder gold sellers are interested, too many buyers
What is the issue? A brief maintenance is in over an hour then market opens…and another either tomorrow or bit later in the week for weekly one to address other bug fixes/exploits. Am I missing something?
you guys do realize this is a new mmo right? better expect a lot of bugs for months to come, if i’m not mistaken, WoW had far more bugs than what this game has, in WoW every class was broken, questing was broken, pvp was broken, servers was a lagfest, raiding was a joke, even the game launcher was very buggy, new world has to be the smoothest launch in mmo history from what i’m seeing
You are barking at the wrong person gentleman.
I do know this is a new MMO and I said the bugs are expected. I stated it’s a shitty situation to be in (having this amount of bugs in production is always problematic) because it really is and I couldn’t know better as I am a dev myself (not a game dev tho).
You can’t really compare this launch to previous MMO launches, especially WOW since it was a long time ago. There are a lot of steps to prevent bugs nowadays.
Unit testing, Integration testing, QA testing (smokes, regression, etc). Also, there are automated pipelines to improve the speed at which code is implemented, tested, and delivered.
But even then it’s not enough to prevent bugs
