Guys i don’t know how you doing with the queues but this is so so annoying and unacceptable.
I am still waiting in the queue from 12:30. I got crash messages like 3 times and drop back to the start of the queue.
They had 2-2,5 month to make the server capacity bigger but they just simply done nothing with this problem as it seems so far.
Is it okey to get a 500-600 queue but 2500-3000 in EU its just terrible seriously. And even if you got crash you will be starting the queue from the beginning.
Been waiting since 11am and still couldn’t get in. Had an error and got put back to the last of the queue. This is being handled very poorly by Amazon.
Expected better from a company that clearly has no money problems.
I agree this is such a S**t show. Even though the queue times are entirely amazons fault I can handle them but what I can’t handle is the frustration of being kicked from a que then added to the back of the line. Its not a que system its a damn lottery as to who is lucky enough not to get kicked out of que by buggy programming.
they’d probably also fight tooth and nail to defend their shortcomings.
only way would be class action lawsuits, but i would say that’s way too early for that.
they said they were working on it, and we should give them the chance at least.
if this keeps up for over a week then i would say go for it.
