Since the last update I have not been able to access the game and I get the screen error:
English message error: Unable to connect to the server.
already try with:
Change my ethernet configuration to IPV4 (disabled IPV6)
Change my IP by restarting my router
Updating my drivers to the latest version
Repairing files from STEAM.
Open EasyAntiCheat → Repair
Neither case has worked for me.

I had the same problem, but it was resolved after I delete and re-download the game.

Is there someone else playing in your household as well? My partner and I always have this issue if one is already logged into the game. We have to validate Steam files a few times just to get the game to work.

I had various errors. Got as far as the trading post once before is kicked me out. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to be working for me.

Instructions for generating a DXdiag: Open and run DxDiag.exe
Instructions for finding the in-game logs:
Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
Attach the file into your message.
With this information, we’ll be able to investigate the issue further.

I keep with the same error.
Unfortunately it was solved with VPN (exitlag) to be able to play accessing from Brazil.
Apparently I am blocked in Peru (only me because my friends can access the game normally).

Hello!
If you are able to play using a VPN, it means that something is blocking the connection on the routing to our servers and pointing an issue with the internet service provider.
