I`ve accidently discarded Weapon Quest Rewards

Hi ,

Im returining player , and accidently i have discarded (dropped on the floor ) all 600+ weapons I got from Brimstone Sands quests .

I was 100% sure I`m stashing them , but they are not in my stash so I had to discard them.

World : Tir Na Nog
Charactes : FurioSS

Could you please help me to restore those items ?

Ive discarded a lot of materials as well , but I can live w/o those materials but Ive lost :

  • Hatchet 600+
  • Sword 600 +
    -Warhammer 600+
    -Sheild 600+
    -Void Gauntlet 600+

I’m sorry to read that your quest rewards were dropped from your inventory and lost, while we can try to escalate your issue to see if it would be possible to recover your items, in order to do so it may be necessary that you to provide us with the name of the lost items, do you remember any of the dropped items’ names? Also do you remember when the items could have been dropped?

I remember the items were dropped yesterday around 9PM , at brimstone sands vault in main Encampment.

I was sure I dropping it to vault but I had to drop it on the floor . I just returned to the game and its same hotkey to drop it to stash and to drop it on the floor (Shift + left click)

I just checked via google that items names would be :

Centurions Blade - 600 GS - 1h Sword
Stone Pillar - 605 GS - Warhammer
Oreads Anger - 605 GS - Lifestaff
5th Cohort`s Match - 610 GS - Spear
Slayer of Enemies - 610 GS - Spear
The Hand - 615 GS - Void Gauntlet

Also not sure if I dropped this as well

The Staff of Ptah - 615 GS - Fire staff

Also you can check that quests that are rewarding those items are done on my characted.

That was quick guys !!! I got most of my items back in my inventory , thank you so much for the help.

Still missing the shield though , I dont remember its name :frowning:

I have the same problem with some quest rewards. I’ve been storing all these weapons in the same city and already checked all the other storages but they aren’t in any place.
I’ve seen this discussion that its exactly my problem so I didnt created a new one, hope you can help me, thanks.

I am sorry for the issue you have faced. If the items were lost without dropping them then you can try the steps below and then check all the city storages and inventory.

If the issue persists kindly contact our live support, with the list of items missing. and our colleagues in the team will get this escalated.
