I've been banned unfairly please take care

It all started the 15th of November 2021 when I played New World where people through global chat wrote that there are trophies for sale for cheap price in the trading post. I’ve been collecting trophies to complete my collection and thought that I would buy the needed trophies as they were for sale for a cheap price that I could afford which I did, however I never knew that those items were duplicated as I was buying them from the trading post and using them for merchanting aswell. You may overwatch my account and look at the logs aswell, believe me I’m innocent. I have been playing this game more than 600 hours since the launch without breaking any kind of rules of the game. I never knew that it was duplicate items nor if I was breaking any of the rules. I’ve been witnessing people abusing the game and/or breaking the game rules which I’ve never been a part of and never would.
I’m an loyal player and glad to be a part of the New World community which I would like to continue to be. As I mentioned earlier, I have been playing the game for above 600 hours as I like the game and could never imagine myself breaking any rules of the game as I like it and been recommending the game to my close friends aswell to enjoy the game with them. I don’t feel that this is justice, me getting banned for something that I never knew was duplicated items.

Due to unfair prohibition and blocking for almost two weeks, our friends with whom we played together for almost two months have been banned, please, we are playing your game so unhappily now that enough of these nonsense applications you have made, please my closest community friends who are having trouble due to this issue and similar issues. and fix all other players’ troubles

They banned the seller too, then they felt sorry for the seller so they decided to ban the buyer too.

Are grocery purchases prohibited in the game? should it be banned ?

If the deal sounds like it’s ‘too good to be true’ then be suspicious.
By the way, I have a bridge for sale in upstate New York.

Oh no i bought some trophies for a fraction of the price they had just some hours before and totally didnt know they were duped. Unfair world.

The appeals team take a careful review at each case and decide what is the right penalty based on our Code of Conduct, where you can find all the do’s and don’ts for the community.

As well if you want to appeal your ban resolution you can try to appeal it here, here is the link just in case.
