I promise you, none of the devs are sitting back twirling their thumbs working too slowly.
They are pouring their hearts and souls into this game and are constantly pushing around the clock. No one is perfect and can communication be better? Sure! And we’re working on that too. But please, the teams are very much hard at work.

Please, he’s just someone trying to do his job properly. Frankly, if I were in his place, my sanity would have been damaged by now. All the blame is on the developers who couldn’t release the update even this late. When there is news from them, no matter what time it is, the moderators share it with us immediately.

haha I’m just kidding, but yes, I’m here to manage the community, hence the name… community mangement. This IS a big deal for the devs and us, every patch is.

So it is, they will devote all their energy and time to correcting current errors, which I think is fully justified, this is the right direction.
Then give us a new video about the team. It can be a vlog of daily in-house work. And we are ready to wait with peace of mind if they have small conversations about their work on waistband.
Developer video 3: We’re working for you and trying to fix it in the future, with desktop presentation. This can enable us to form a warmer bond with them. And our empathy.
You’re not serious, are you? If developers record videos for you/us every day, how will they have time to develop and fix?
We saw in the previous +1 hour videos that they really like to talk in front of the camera 
Making this a company vlog would be welcome.
It would be really nice actually. If only they would tell us what they are doing and what they want to do with a small presentation from their computers on their desks. Of course not every day, just once

regarding the faction reputation bug … as far as I understand it … I will still have the issue to not be able to rank up right? At least it is only mentioned in the patch notes, it is gone for the ppl who will swap faction after patch …
- So I would still need to wait for a bug fix right?
- I can level the faction rep up at least … which would be great (even if it takes some time)
Sadly it is not mentioned in the patch notes, only this “Unfortunately, we can not restore players to their previous state for players who switched back to a Faction they were are a part of prior to this update.”
Some clarification would be appreciated.

It’s just an idea, albion online had compiled its biggest update in a video like this that every developer took from their own home and presented it to us, during the pandemic and it was very welcome. I think good things should be taken as an example.
