Sper skill Javelin not working. When I want to use it, my character will do animation but thats all. No flying javelin and no damage. - Is this a bug or an exploit:

As I said earlier, its bugged and do nothing aside of animation of character. I found out it in combat with elite and nearly died because of missing damage when I thought I would kill him with last strike - (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:

I dont have any, after I found out I reseted my skill points and not using it now - What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Just use javelin and you will know if it works for you
