Joining solo queue 3v3 still facing full premade teams

I thought there was an update to the 3v3 queues for solo queues? I keep facing premade 3-man teams over and over in the solo queue. I know they are in a group because they all told me

As you said in the patch note 1.6.7 we announce that the GAME MODES - 3v3 Arenas have separate queue with teams of the same size. Please confirm if the you select the correct option.

i’m sorry if you’re not familiar with the game, there is no option to select, you have to join the match without a group already formed for solo queues. I’m joining by myself

I did notice this last time, they said the other team quit that they matched up previously and beat badly.

So I’m guessing a really good 3 man team is making the other 3 man team quit out, forcing me as a solo queue to fill that spot against the really good 3 man premade team.

So not only am i facing a premade team, its a really good team that made the other team quit out.
