Just another pvp server pls feedback

I’m not here to exclaim that pvp or pve should be the focus, nor saying that either are more important than the other. My simple statement is that I’d like for a pvp flag enforced server to exist. I’ll go over a few concerns and complaints I’ve read so far and some opinions I have.

First off, dedicating ags staff to the creation and or branch that would be “pvp enforced” servers.

Why. The pvp servers should have very minimal differences which I’ll go over here.

  1. Pvp flag not able to be turned off.
  2. You should only be able to attack players with active pvp quests or within a x level range of yourself.
  3. All dungeons should have a small pvp protection zone right at the gate similar to towns.
  4. If any faction becomes too heavy on players just lock joining that faction until the numbers even out some.

Honestly I don’t understand why the “pve” players are weighing in on the idea of pvp servers when they can just not join them. Noone is going to force people to pvp. I don’t want these servers to become breeding grounds of level 60s destroying level 5s etc I just enjoy the rush of pvp and being attacked at any time and would like to have a world populated by like minded players, currently I have to play a guessing game and hope I join a server that has a decent population of players who enjoy being flagged.

Real feedback on my ideas only please no hate here directed at any players.

The game right now is essentially a pre-release beta, so might as well test pvp servers with the most minimal change.

Just…disable…toggle…

everything else can remain the same and this server would be the most fun in the history of mmos.

I’d honestly like this aswell, but the problem is that endgame stuff requires materials from early game zones, so you’d have a ton of maxed players wiping every newbie in sight. Which is terrible for the longevity of the server. Maybe one day when 60s have no reason to return to 1-25 zones.

in practice, the level 60s from your own faction would be there too.

Remember, this is a faction based game.

This wouldn’t stop the low level from dying in one hit, and then the 60s continue fighting. Which is still a problem.

Even if it were just a zone level players can only fight other zone level players, then everyone above zone level is open game. There’s no reason the toxic 1-shot type combat should exist it just causes problems.

Its a game play type.

People want the danger of being 1 shotted.

If you don’t get it, its hard to explain. I am learning this.

The people that want the danger of being 1 shotted by a lvl 60 at lvl 10 and being chased around the map for hours by a hoard of angry murderous lvl 60s want their own servers pretty much.

And all it would take is for them to disable pvp toggle.
