my connection is working good after being in new player’s queue for like 15 minutes, it says unable to connect to the server, check your internet checked everything and still nothing works I get in Q for couple of minutes stuck on " you are number 1 in Q" and then the error unable to connect again, how do I solve this please?

Please try the next troubleshooting steps to discard possible issues:
- Run a file check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files and follow the connectivity steps in our official site:
After finishing that, please try the following:
- Refresh Credentials:
- From the Start menu, begin typing ‘cmd’.
- In the results that populate, right-click the Command Prompt result and select Run as administrator.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. Wait a few seconds and when the command prompt appears, proceed to the next step.
- Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
- Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
- Toggling IPv6:
- From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
- Select Network and Internet.
- In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
- When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
- Select Properties.6. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
- Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
- Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
- Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.
- Repair Easy Anti Cheat: 1. Open New World in your Steam Library.
- Right click on New World’s list title and then Go to Settings < Manage < Browse Local Files.
- Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
- Run as administrator EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
- Make sure in the drop-down within EasyAntiCheat Service Setup New World is the selected game.
- Press Repair Service.
- Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.

The game isn’t region locked, this is a known problem that occurs for a lot of people and no one knows a certain fix for it.
It happened for me everytime i tried to login to my old server and got fixed when the server merges happened, and even back then i was able to join some servers without any issue.
So here’s my suggestion:
If it is possible for you, choose a different server. go to New world server status website (just google it), preferably find some high population servers and see which one works for you. (If you choosed Asgard Server and it worked for you, please let me know)

Bonus tip: take your time in character creation each time since you wont be able to change your appearance later on.
I choose asgard from the beginning and it’s not working and I don’t think it’s specific server issue, searching a bit found out that more players in Egypt can’t play the game while we can ping the servers and we have amazon.eg which amazon website in Egypt somehow it works but not the game

Oh okay then, try different servers you might be able to get pass this issue. i’m playing from Asia in an Eu server, so it isn’t a region lock situation.
I suggested Asgard because it was working with no issue for me back then while i could’t get into my server for like half an hour.

There are countries that block some games so they don’t work at all, because they block them (reason why you can play with VPN).
In this case Egypt is one of this countries, this is a problem that occurs due to the geographical restrictions (the country’s regulations). While the game can be played around the world, if a country decides to block it, we can’t do anything about it.

Country regulations? you guys (Amazon) already have amazon works in Egypt, and nothing mentioned about that in the website or steam, second thing is I contacted my ISP and they said u guys aren’t blocked, on more thing according to Wireshark you don’t send any packets while my packets is sent to you successfully
BTW, the live chat support agents said it’s not blocked in Egypt by anyway and they insist tell they couldn’t solve the problem and said it’s not available in Egypt. don’t get it guys thanks anyway
