Hello, I came back to the game and now my house is gone.

  • What is your character name in New World: MACGOD
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Orofena
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I logged in today and I am missing the house I had purchased in Everfall

I hope you have a good time here in the community.

I’m sorry that the house has disappeared.

Please try the following steps:

After performing this kindly check if the issue is resolved.

If the house is still missing, please proceed to contact AGS Customer Support to rise a ticket as required, to assist you further and investigate.

Also. please keep 3 most recent game logs ready.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

These are the instructions for finding the in-game logs:

  1. Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
  2. Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
  3. Paste the contents of the file into a .txt file.

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
