The reality is they are preying on dumb people who have too much money and not enough brain power to realize they are being scammed. It is honestly THAT SIMPLE.
If the game wasn’t in such a garbage state when it comes to its player base ( 70k is pathetic ) then you may see them breaking these packs down into smaller purchases… the reality is other MMOs that have been out for decades… have higher player pops still… hell WoW classic for gawds sake has like x100 the player base of New World…
