Harvesting was too hard…harvesting made easier.
Leveling was too hard…leveling made easier.
Crafting was too hard…crafting made easier.
Best gear was too hard…golden scarabs.
I could go on and on, but here’s the point:
I’m well over 5k hours in this game. I can still find a lot of challenges and enjoyment in the game. I have a few accounts with multiple 60’s. What keeps me going is the challenge of obtaining everything. Every crafting skill, every trophy…literally everything. In fact, I still spend a few hours a week working on corruption trophies as my focus.
Now you guys are making trophies easier as well. Why not just sell us accounts with 60’s, all crafting skills and bis gear? This is an MMO. There’s SUPPOSED to be a grind. I’m sorry for those who can’t spend but a few hours in game per week to play, that’s what companies are for, so you can rely on those of us who CAN spend that much time in game.
And before the smart ass comments start about “no life”, I’m disabled. I promise you I would much rather be out in the world enjoying life with healthy legs, so please don’t lecture me on how I’m able to spend my time.
I highly recommend you try something called Project 1999. I am being fully serious. I spent 5.5 years playing (starting in 1999) and if you want challenging, there you go.
In one of the dev corner videos they briefly talk about raids and about them being more difficult than mutations. And I think they have the off-tank role in mind when they say that.
So, what we can probably expect is Dungeons for 10 raid members. With some bigger pulls. And bosses with new mechanics involving the coordination of two groups (with an off-tank and a second healer).
