Obviously the picture does show the issue, but the questions provide more details, how you did it, when it happened, etc.

Have you tried restarting your game?

Just logged in. Went into inventory. That’s it. Restarted and it didn’t fix it. I’ll see if it’s broken still after the patch tonight.

I have had this before

It was part of a cluster of problems - I think they got fixed with a server restart, so the patch will hopefully resolve it for you.
