Just remove rend and fortify from the game or revert the changes (PTR Feedback really bad change))

It is useless on the ptr. Why not just make it simpler and get rid of the clutter. Just take it out of the game altogether. They are pointless to use now even with the higher armor weights. Abilities used to rend people are now pretty much useless

There are a lot of useless PERK, removing them all would do the game a lot of good.

Imagine it would be faster to get a BIS team, and with this each player could try and use various roles (tank, healer, meele DPS, range…), and not get stuck in one role. You don’t want to spend weeks or months getting a decent team just for a second role.
The game has to be fun, not tedious
