Just rolled 595-600 Golden Scarabs and 2/3 were BLUE 600s

I used everything. I do remember seeing now after crafting more than the perk 3 and gem slot were set to medium which I thought was odd but ignored it. I did use up 900 azoth for the 3 rolls. I relogged, rolled more and they were purple again. Wish I was recording but it was definitely maxed as I am very careful with my rolls.
