Getting perma banned without even knowing what the cause of it , of course it makes people so frustated.
this is why this tread is made, we want to know at least WHY ?
what specific reason that he has done to make him get this perm banned action ?
we are really thankful if u have any solution for this matter.
up until now i personally still believe this is a false ban and i will help my friend to fight for this false ban action.

All they had to do was reply “you duped X items for X times” and how would that show how the system work ?
And also are you new to gaming ? Because most banwaves in any games I’ve played comes with at least some explanation from the devs/moderator of what they do wrong, that is the decent thing to do.

because then you d know which duped items they caught and which they didnt.And if the actioned you for duping or trading duped items, etc. Knowledge is power

same happened to our guild armorer. She didn’t dupe anything and had about 600 hours. Looks like they have algorithm connected with crafting. and it looks absolutely broken. if there was any dupe with armor or other crafted items I think everyone on this forum would already discuss it.

I didn’t realize you were a Community Manager and had access to the backend to see what his friend did or didn’t do, shit why your at it can you tell us when they are going to actually fix the game?
Go through the appeal process and if that doesn’t work and he actually did nothing wrong then come to the forums.

after so many issue about this, they seems dont care about their community
I got a one week ban for cheating and I still have no idea why.
To paraphrase their response was something like ‘it is justified, we won’t elaborate further, do not respond to this ban again’
It is infuriating to randomly be banned without then telling us why, because out of all the jank in this game I’m sure the Autoban systen is trash too.
Cheaters should get a permanent ban. So be thankful you got away that easy.

Guilty if accused and no chance at proven innocent. Hopefully the shoe won’t be on the other foot for you, but maybe that’s what it’ll take for you to understand that a company isn’t infallible.

There is an obvious need for transparency in the whole banning process. There has been a lot of flaws in the banning system and even they copy pasted replies on appeal.
Sucks that you still don’t know why they were banned. One thing I do know is it wasn’t for sharing an account.
