Just curious… I have keen speed on both of my weapons and since last patch they never proced again…
Is it just me or…?!
Yea I thought they nerfed it to 5 seconds of haste instead of 10, but I don’t even notice it working either. The perk description still says 10 seconds of haste, 10 seconds cooldown but I’m not getting 10 seconds.
True, Keen Speed buff was shadow-nerfed
When I do crit damage with my KennSpeed perked weapon - i get a 4 seconds buff icon
It works - i gain speed bonus for sure
But not for 10 seconds
Tested it on multiple mobs just now, without any other buffs on me
If I’m not wrong, it was announced that Keen On Speed is changed to 5 seconds speed and 10 seconds cooldown. Also it gets removed if u swap weapon!
But its true, in game still shows 10 seconds speed and 10 seconds cooldown.
my Keen Speed procs for 3 seconds. I have Alacrity on my amulet, 200 CON buff and the light staff buff for 20% buff duration. it used to proc 17 seconds.

Keen speed does not Proc at all on rapier, its just bugged hopefully they fix it within the next few months
Can confirm this is still the case, tooltip stating 10s but is actually 4s , also does not get increased with alacrity perk on neck.
yeah, I guess it’s not a priority form them to fix
