I would like some clarifications about this perk if possible.

Just 2 questions : Does this increase in Crit Chance only work for yourself… or for everybody that attack the target affected by Tondo?
As Tondo can be stacked 3 times… Does this perk also stack 3 times?
From my understanding, this perk only affects your dagger. The description also mentions target affected by Tondo bleed, not bleed stacks. So only 1 crit instance regardless of bleed stacks
