Keenly Empowered not wroking with Blackguard Hatchet

Hi,

I recently dropped a 600 Blackguard Hatchet, which has Keenly Empowered on it, and I wanted to try it out only to find that the effect never seems to trigger when I hit a crit, or anytime at all.

Wondering if anyone else got the same issue? No idea if that would be with every hatchet but my other Keenly Empowered weapons work just fine…

Its on all weapons because you got the weapon on purple. Even if you upgrade it to ledendary the effect won’t work until you drop it on 600gs.
