Keenly Jagged duration is only 8 seconds and ticks 7 times rather than 10. It is also bugged with RANGED Melee abilities such as Path of Destiny and Gravity Well. If you crit with those ranged abilities it will proc the cooldown but do 0 damage with the Keenly Jagged Bleed.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Use Keenly Jagged on melee weapon with ranged abilities such as Path of Destiny and Gravity Well.
Bumping this. Using a bow I tested this with a friend to see what is happening. I am using Warpwood, the legendary craftable bow that has Keenly Jagged Perk (On Crit: Cause bleed that does 7% weapon damage per second for 10 seconds).
With no bow skills selected, I am consistently counting 6 ticks of bleed.
With Battle Precision, I am consistently getting 8 ticks (once in a while I will get +/- 1 tick) of bleed.
Summary: It appears that the base amount of ticks for keenly jagged is 6 when it is intended to be 10 based on the perk description.
If any devs are reading this and want to sneak a patch into it for the next patch coming up after this PTR is over, we would be very appreciative.
The bleed and its duration from that mod are pretty important if you use a spear and need the 15% crit chance on bleeding targets from the spear weapon tree.
i noticed that my keenly jagged bleed goes away now (on the live dec patch) on swapping weapons
so i can crit with my weapon…start the bleed…weapon swap and then the bleed goes away
there was a previous bug where you could abuse this to stack multiple bleeds on one target…when that got fixed…it must have broken this interaction and caused this recent bug
No I didn’t test it because I (incorrectly) just trusted it was functioning. I just mean in general it was annoying with combat feeling like it was taking steps backwards. I haven’t played lately so maybe its better. I’m just going to wait until the unofficial early access period is over at this point.
