Keenly jagged didnt get buff

In ptr jagged buffed %7 to %10 , but in real game it didnt . And imo its not balanced as chain damage and shirking damage stuff. Please explain what happened @Kay @Luxendra

This is from patch notes but keenly jagged in-game its still %7

  • Keenly Jagged: Changed the damage and cooldown from 7% weapon damage (10s cooldown) to 10% weapon damage (7s cooldown).
