It’s not the mutations so much as the gear score increase when many of us have not maxed expertise.
This only favors the ww and Everfall owners and then the gap widens. They can craft bis 625. - While I just bought voidbent and would like to appreciate it not have 625 come out.
Also mutations are great but a variety of new expeditions would have been better.
Dude, you are absolutely correct. It will never be enough for the super elite MMO players who have worked as devs on every MMO that ever existed that inhabit these forums.
The skill and expertise that they posses gives them the ability to troubleshoot source code and find that one special variable that needs to be tweaked without ever seeing said source code or taking a programming class.
If you don’t get why around 85% of the entire community thinks this update is dogsh*t and (again) not what we asked for, you’re either clueless or play PvE only (and even then you should get it, unless you have no life and can invest 8h a day into expertise grind).
Actually don’t mind, shiny new fluff and time sinks are normal. Ignoring the bots/gd sellers, broken LUCK, and the vast other problems is my issue… Why make a NEW car with the same broken engine, maybe deal with the engine instead of the shiny frame.
Not really. Most are content driven. Do a hard dungeon/raid, have a chance at a nice drop. Here, you need to do the expedition 500 times, or loot the chests 3,456 times, or chop down 5 million trees and farm 2 million ore…before you have a chance at a nice drop with bad perks. Once you do get some good gear, then you can go do the awesome pvp content…
AGS stated that to get through the hard expeditions, you’ll definitely need your upgraded gear.
If it’s really that big of a swing that you need 625 gear as opposed to 600gs, has anyone considered what kind of impact this will have on PVP for those that don’t have 625gs?
That’s a lot of proposed impact in a 25 difference gear score. So adding another pve grind time sink to even remain relevant in PVP in less than 4 months.
