So this fabulous group or randoms my buddy and I joined kicked me, the ringleader who organized and used his very expensive Genesis Tuning Orb, from the Expedition. The game froze for a second like it usually does when there is way to much happening too fast. Then I was in my menus when it came back. I couldn’t get out and the menus were overlapping. I had to Alt-F4. The group proceeded to vote me out and get someone to replace me even though my buddy said I was returning. If it wasn’t for the High Queue of 380 players I would have been back in quick enough not to notice. Ughh…

If you provide the orb, you should be immune from being kicked. Its kinda dumb they can kick the orb owner

so summary:
- your game crashed
- you try to rejoin but there is long queue that no idea how long will be available to continue
- your team don’t wait for you and get someone to replace you
sorry about it, but if i am in that group i probably will vote kick too. it is not your fault, and it suck, but i won’t blame them to not wasting their time to wait

If the orb owner gets kicked then it should ask the group for a orb if they want to kick them. If they don’t want to get a orb for it then they can 4 man it, it is a 3+ player instance after all.
It sucks but what are they supposed to do? What if you are in the queue for 1 hour?

They are out nothing but time, either AGS needs to make it a Azoth payment to get in only or they need to make orbs so easy to make, with no cd, that the owner wouldn’t care.
Right now, losing a orb to AGS’s bad design is just terrible player experience.
Yes it’s bad design and needs to be changed. But kicking him is a totally understandable situation.

The entire party system is ridiculous. Just make it basic. Whoever is the leader xan boot people and that’s it.
The whole vote system is wild and you can just take over someone’s orb if you are a 3 man. All you gotta do is be a tank and a Healer and 1 DPS and prey on any DPS that is willing to use their orb because they are desperate

Yeah, we need party leader system and party leader should provide the orb.
That being said, if the party leader DCs, I think that replacing them after short time is okay. If you kick person providing orb while in expedition, you should be booted out of it though.
