Kicked from workingstation on first combine

  • What is your character name in New World: Frads
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Vega
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: For some crafting combines (e.g. Master Repair Kit), you get kicked from the crafting station when you try the combine for the first time. Further testing makes me believe that you only get kicked the first time after teleporting to your house. All subsequent combines work. Also when you log in and try a combine, it also doesn’t kick you. It only kicks you the first time after a teleport it seems.

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Teleport to your house, go to armoring work station, select Master Repair Kit, exchange all 3 crafts mods, then hit combine. you will get kicked from the station.

There is a 3 month old video I already created back in november with exact the same problem, I guess its on a pretty low spot at the prio list (especially as long as the movement bug is still not a topic that is been talked about) - so I figured out a less annoying way to craft anything in less than 5 minutes

Its the same bug and its not what you guessed it is, here is a (hopefully provisory) way to make your life slighty better:
Pay attention to your character whenever you go into a Station. If he moves the body like he does when opening the inventory you can already close the shop and try it again.
It (only) happens, when your character does this little “open inventory” animation and turns around. Close the shop and open it again as long as the doesnt stop this - and then it will work properly. Saved up dozens of hours by just paying attention to the character animation.
