Why is it possible in opr to kill the baroness from outside the arena?
It would be correct if the range had to enter as well

There is a threshold that you need to cross for ranged to hit baroness and you will in return be hit by the baroness stars or whatever she is dishing out.
Thank you, I was not aware of that. I’m always standing next to her, and it looks like she’s being shot at from outside.
I think the answer is a bit misleading you got.
Yes people are able to shoot from the outside from about 100m range.
But as above mentioned if you are in said threshhold you can and will be hit by the exploding frozen stars that spawn.
Another thing is that you are only able to shoot from the 2 entrances ( it used to be way worse as you could have shot from the mountains above the pit)
Be sure to always have 1 guy to pester the rangeds outside or finish the baron with a Powder Keg

I can hit baroness from outside with a bow, dont know the actual range but i keep shooting and walking forward until i get hit confirmed then stand there shooting with dots and saving penshot for when she is almost down.
If my team is dominating inside i come out to chase the other range players away with my range.
Still it is a gamble for last hit. I would suggest it be like a tug of war for dps on her with an elapsed time for her to disappear. More damage locks the other team
