Describe the issue you are experiencing: I’ve participated in Invasions with my PVP flagged on and was killed by opposing factions during the loading screen after the Invasion ended.

The image below shows that I am dead in Windsward, which should not be possible as players should not receive damage in Sanctuary.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
- Turn on PVP
- Accept Invasion Invitation
- Opposing faction members may kill you while you load back to town after the Invasion.
