we were banned aparently open the game the message is there omfg, what the fuck did i do to get banned ?
I can’t beleive they just keep closing threads like the problem is going to go away… they keep doing it this problem is going to go from huge, to job ending for these CMs who think it will go away if they just close threads. just wait till all the big youtubers here of this and it destroys whats left of the games image haha.

I do understand that some people went overboard in that thread. but hiding it from the forums and ignoring 1000+ of us it is just gonna make it worse. saying things I understand your anger we are doing our best to solve the issue was much better.
I understand that the game release can be hectic with tons of things to manage. i just hope this issue can still get solved.

Hey forum mods, hopefully ill get a reply from u since this issue really concerns me because i do really like New World and i dont want it just die in the first couple of weeks after launch.
I am speaking for my friend’s situation.
Firstly he has not using any kind of cheat or exploit, lvl 40 by now its not high, and kinda broken in coins, cant afford to buy a house in game.
After the long painful 1.01 update, he find out that he couldn’t log into his character, click play, loading and boot back to main menu without any kind of notification. He is surely unhappy about this issue and get on forum, finds more people are in the same situation just like him.
He has replied to of the thread that reporting the same issue, express his sadness without any aggressive language.
He tried to login just now and found out he has been banned without specific duration, and get on forum that seems almost every thread that reporting this issue has been deleted, and his FORUM ACCOUNT GOT BANNED TOO.
I do really feel his sadness, i play this game because he ask me to join him and he is exciting about the launch of the New World, and he spend annual leave vacation to grind into this game.
I don’t know what is going on at ur side Devs, but this is absolutely not right. Yes i understand technical problem may not be easy to solve, but to send a official post like twitter to address the issue and tell people u are working on it, they will know what is ur situation and wait. Some of people maybe consider spamming on forums and discord is because they probably don’t know the progress of fixing this issue, simply updated the situation more frequently instead of banning people from game and forum are surely a better solution is it?
