I apologize for the inconvenience that happened with the servers, we are experiencing some issues with servers in US East, in this link you can find more information about it [Downtime] New World Update 1.2.1
It will soon be solved and you will be able to play New World

I apologize for the delay, the Krocylea server already appears Online, therefore it should be accessible.
